Many of you have asked for a summary of events at EASTEC- so here it is:
SME Resource Center (building 5)– Presentations on Lean, Kaizen and more…
all three days; 5-17 & 18 from 11:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. , 5-19 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

VIP SME Member Lounge (Building 3) booth 3047– Open all three days; 5-17,18,19 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

SME Members visit the SME VIP Member Lounge (Building 3 –booth 3047) on Tuesday to “Meet The Author”
On Tuesday May 17th from 9 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. to Noon
Meet Mark Hamel the author of the SME published and 2010 Shingo Research and Professional Publication Award-winning book, Kaizen Event Fieldbook: Foundation, Framework, and Standard Work for Effective Events. This book is available for purchase from the SME Resource Center and Mark will personalize them with a signature in the SME VIP Member Lounge.
Tuesday from 5 p.m. – 7p.m. SME Members, be my guest at the SME Reception held at the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. See me at the show and I will get you a ticket for admission.
Thursday 5-19 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. SME Members only: Breakfast with the Keynote @ the Storrowton Tavern
Thursday 5-19 Noon – 2:00 p.m. SME Members only: Lunch with John Uzzolino presenting “SME CONNECTS” in the Storrowton Tavern

Student Event: Thursday 8 a.m. – Noon
New England area high school students and SME student chapter members from Wentworth Institute of Technology will be touring the show.
